AR Franchising, Inc. recently hosted its third annual Building Success: Awards & Strategy Conference, bringing together associates from across the organization The conference focused on aligning teams around shared priorities for the new year that support the AR Homes® franchise network and celebrating the successes from 2025.
Aligning Strategy, Technology, and Marketing
Leadership outlined the company’s strategic direction, sharing the vision for 2026, and celebrating key accomplishments across departments from 2025, along with a preview of initiatives currently in development.
A primary focus of the discussion was continued investment in technology and marketing. Updates highlighted efforts to enhance digital platforms that support builders, refine marketing strategies with an emphasis on the brand website as a lead-generation and buyer-education tool, and improve the overall customer journey.
Celebrating Our Associates
The event also included recognition of associates whose work made a meaningful impact over the past year. Awards were presented across several categories, highlighting excellence in leadership, service, collaboration, and innovation.
