Every year, AR Franchising, Inc. associates gather for one of the most important meetings on our calendar: the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Annual Meeting. Since introducing the ESOP program to our associates in 2023, this meeting has become a cornerstone for our operation and serves as an opportunity to hear about real-time performance, recognize the co-owners behind our progress, and set direction for what’s ahead.
Where We Stand: Ownership Health
Our leadership team gave a candid update on company performance this year, because as an ESOP, our associates are also shareholders with a direct stake in how the business is doing.
